Understanding the purpose of Characters in the text

My Reflection
I have been learning to  relate to the characters in the text to understand the purpose . I used a diagramming situation to compare Ivan the monkey and Stella the elephant in the story the one and only Ivan . This made me realize the differences between the characters but also what made them similar.My next step is to use this information ad be able to make inferences about the purpose of the character.

My Reflection
I found this easy and tricky because we have been learning about 3D shapes . My next step is to make sure I can try more harder 3D shapes to learn about to make myself try harder.

I found this piece of work easy and fun because I enjoy doing symmetry and Mrs Melville helped us and showed us how to work on symmetry . We learn different directions vertical , horizontal and diagonal.

I have been learning to share equally between people. I found this easy and fun  My next step is to say more about what I am learning about and say more descriptive words about my work.

Character description

My Reflection

W.A.L.T write a Character description using adjectives I found this also very fun. I found this picture  to  describe because as soon as I choose my funny character I just knew what to name my character and what to say about her.I I used my five scenes to write five different sentences about my character. My next step is to write more interesting adjectives. 

Comparing Fairy tales

My Reflection
 I have been learning to identify common themes in fairy and fractured tales. We read two narratives called little red ridding hood and into the forest. A common theme between them was they both had a sick grandmother and had a red coat. I made from these stories I diagrammed  about the two stores  that we read. I found this very very fun  because it looked like a very fun thing to do. My next step is to look for more information in the book to make my work more interesting.

We read a myth called in the beginning . I drew Tane and used some adjectives to describe him I enjoyed this activity.

I have been learning to make a justified perdition about an text.I found it very easy to make a prediction because it only had four  questions to answer  and they were easy questions to answer.My next step is to read the story to see if I am right.

My Reflection 

I have been learning to identify and describe what the author wanted me  to think feel or see . This text was about zoos and people agreeing and disagreeing that we should have zoos.It made me think why we should have zoos because having the experience animals and you can learn about it  I learnt that sometimes people  disagree and agree and that okay to disagree and agree because that what people think.My next step is to choose other ways to disagree and agree with persuasive speech.Also I can identify how the illustrations help to get the authors message across.

I have been learning to  find information about my speech  topic.I used instagrok  and other websites to research my speech topic which is why kids should do chores. I found this interesting because you learn how to clean up  after your self and your kids in the future.My next step is to plan my speech.

Features of A Persuasive Argument Writing

MY REFLECTION
We have been learning to identify the features of persuasive writing.  I found this tricky because I was looking really hard and I couldn't see any of my answers but then I got the hag of it.  Something that I learnt about was personal pronoun is when you say something like this  have you been on a train ? My next step is to know more about persuasive writing so I can learn about the other thing involved in persuasive writing.My other next step is to write a persuasive speech.

In this activity my task was to summarise sail for Sam chapter 1. In my own words when I had finished reading the book. I found it easy because  I read chapter one lots of times. I feel very confident about my work. My next step is to use more describing words so I make it more interesting in my own words.

asked a person in my group so they give me an idea so I typed it down on my online  follow up.I was not sure about like seven thirty and six thirty and four thirty.But then I found it easy.

In this activity my task was to check your bike before you ride your bike.
I found this easy because  when I wrote it in my book I found it hard at first but then I got the hang of it.
I want to know and learn more about bikes and how to keep safe.

I found this pretty easy because I read the hole book and i understood everything.

I found this tricky because some questions I did not understand.

 I was learning to use my number knowledge  to solve addition problems.I found this hard because i had to use my number knowledge to find out answers and i tryed to not use my hands. I think i did  well at solving
my equations.My next step is to learn my basic facts and remember them so I don't use my fingers.

 l have been learning to write a poem using simple imagery ,
and to use google slides to publish my writing.
I found this a bit tricky because I had to think about witch  words to do in my book.
I think I did well when writing my poem. my next step is to think of more like wow word's.
